Persian: Mast-O-Khiar (Yogurt & Cucumber Dip)

Ingredients:
- 4 Persian cucumbers
- 32 oz plain yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup fresh dill, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dried mint
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Procedure:
- Quarter cucumbers lengthwise, then thinly slice in ¼ inch pieces
- Combine rest of the ingredients (except garnish) and mix well
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve as a side
